RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Change of mind returns
If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied, you may return unused products in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact support@finescents.co.uk first so we can provide the returns address and instructions.

2. How to return
Email us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Once we have confirmed, pack the items securely and return them using your local Post Office or courier. Keep proof of postage until your return is processed.

3. Condition of returned goods
Returned items must be unopened and unused, with all original packaging, labels and accessories. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed goods if the seal has been broken unless the goods are faulty.

4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. We may ask you to return the item or provide further images or video so that we can investigate. Once confirmed, we will arrange a refund or replacement in accordance with your legal rights.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 21 working days from receipt of the goods for us to process your refund. Your
bank or card issuer may take additional time to make the funds available.

6. Exchanges
If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If we cannot provide a replacement, we will issue a refund.

7. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
