1. About us
Fine Scents Ltd ("Fine Scents", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14360637). Our registered office is at 5th Floor, 167 169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. Our website is finescents.co.uk and our customer service email is support@finescents.co.uk.

2. Our contract with you
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. When you place an order, we email you to acknowledge receipt. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation.

3. Products and descriptions
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate, but small variations may occur and packaging may change without notice.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges may apply and are shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely at the time you place your order. If your card issuer declines payment, we will not be obliged to supply the goods.

5. Delivery
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We aim to deliver as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days of accepting your order. Risk in the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you gave us or a delivery attempt has been made.

6. Returns and exchanges
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging. For reasons of health and hygiene, sealed goods cannot be returned if opened unless faulty. You are responsible for return postage costs

except where the goods are faulty or we sent the wrong item.

7. Faulty or misdescribed products
If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, details of the problem and photographs where relevant. Depending on the circumstances, we may repair, replace or refund the product.

8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not limit or exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We supply products for domestic and private use only and are not liable for business losses.

9. Intellectual property
All content on our site, including text, images, graphics, logos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Fine Scents Ltd. You may not copy or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law and you agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
