SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
2. Delivery options
We normally offer:
- Regular Delivery: estimated 7 9 working days from dispatch.
- Express Delivery: estimated 3 5 working days from dispatch, where available.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended during busy periods or due to factors outside our control.
3. Delivery charges
Standard delivery is currently charged at £2.00 for orders under £60. Orders of £60 or more qualify for free standard delivery. Any promotions or changes to these rates will be shown on our website and at checkout.
4. Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and in any event within 30 days of accepting your order. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched and, where available, tracking details from the courier.
5. Risk and responsibility
Once your order has been delivered to the address you provided or a delivery attempt has been made, responsibility for the goods passes to you. If your parcel appears damaged on arrival, please sign
for it as received damaged where possible and take photographs of the packaging and contents.
6. Lost, missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or items are missing, damaged or incorrect, please contact support@finescents.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. Provide your order number, details of the issue and clear photos where applicable. While we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit by the courier, if we confirm that damage occurred during shipment we will arrange a suitable remedy, such as a replacement or refund.
