Fine Scents products?

Fine Scents offer a range of scented candles, diffusers and room sprays. Hand creams, shampoo bars and conditioners are amongst other exciting creations soon to be added to the range.

How do I care for my Fine Scents candle?

Wherever you choose to display your FINE SCENTS candle, remember to place it in a stable and upright position. This will help to ensure the wax melts evenly. We recommend a suitable heat resistant base to protect the surface upon which the candle sits.

Before each use, the wick of your candle should be trimmed so that it is no longer than 5mm. This will avoid black smoke. When using your candle for the first time we recommend you let the candle burn until the entire surface is liquid. This will allow the wax to burn evenly and prevent tunnelling.

The bottom of the jar should always contain a small amount of wax. Burning the candle until the wax is completely consumed can damage the jar. For best use your candle should be burned for between 2 and 3 hours at a time. Never leave your candle unattended

How long do Fine Scents candles burn?

You can expect a burn time of around 40 hours from our candles.

Do you test any products on animals?

We do not test any products on any animals.

My order has not arrived (includes item missing / damaged / incorrectly sent)?

If you have not received an item that you ordered or if anything is missing or damaged, please contact support@finescents.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:

1. Order reference number

2. A description of missing, incorrect or damaged product

3. A photo of any damaged or incorrectly sent products received in your order

Please note we cannot be held liable for any goods lost or damaged during shipment. If we are able to confirm the damage was made during shipment a refund or replacement will be sent.

What are your delivery options?

Regular Delivery: 7 - 9 working days.

Express Delivery 3 - 5 working days.

Do you offer international delivery?

Unfortunately at this time we only deliver to the UK mainland however this is something we aim to provide in the future.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We provided standard delivery at a cost of £2.00.

If you spend £60 or more delivery is free.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We can only accept returns or exchanges for unopened and unused items.

To return/exchange an item from finescents.co.uk, please follow the instructions below:

1. Contact support@finescents.co.uk detailing the reason for the return or exchange (please include any relevant photos). 

2. Once we have confirmed your return, carefully re-pack your items addressing your parcel to the Fine Scents return address that will be provided.

3. Return the parcel via your local Post Office/Courier Company. Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of postage

4. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your return and your refund/exchange has been processed.

For damaged or broken items, if on receipt of the information and photos provided we confirm the damage was made in transit a refund or replacement will be sent. Please allow up to 21 working days for us to process any returns or exchanges.

When will I receive my refund or exchange?

Please allow up to 21 working days for us to process any returns or exchanges from the date we receive your item/s. Once we have processed this, you will receive an email confirmation.
